Personal Training & Sports Therapy

Our Personal Training & Sports Therapy Department has exceptional facilities at the Dartford Campus, including a large multi-purpose sports hall, sports fields, a strength and conditioning room and fitness centre.

Our Sports Massage suite/clinic provides an excellent simulated work experience environment for all students involved in the Personal Training and Sports Science programmes.

Personal Training and Sport Science has seen impressive growth in the last ten years and continues to support the educational and sporting needs of students, which attracts people of all abilities from North Kent and South London.

The personal training industry is now worth £5 Billion and continues to grow with many people employing personal trainers to help them achieve their fitness and weight goals. Learners will need to be 'people centred', dynamic and good communicators.

We have progression opportunities available on to our HNC Sports Level 4 programme.
