NEW for September 2017 we are launching a boys and girls cricket academy.

The aim of the NKC Cricket Academy scheme is to attract students between the ages of 16 and 18 who are cricket enthusiasts and want to improve both their academic qualifications and their progression in cricket. It provides an opportunity to gain a recognised educational qualification, to receive top class cricket coaching from a Kent Cricket Community Coach.

The academy will be run in partnership with professional coaches from Kent Cricket who bring a vast range of experience and knowledge to the academy to help support young players in both a playing capacity and with employability skills.

The educational scheme allows cricket enthusiasts to improve both their academic qualifications and level of cricket proficiency with the aim of establishing a career either with a professional or non-league club or within the industry as coaches or training staff.
