Today (Wednesday 27 March) marks World Theatre Day, initiated in 1961 by the International Theatre Institute (ITI) to celebrate the value and the importance of the art form of theatre.
Rather innovatively the third day on the third (full) week of the third month of each year celebrates the art, science and history of stereoscopic 3-D imagery.
