The College operates two final salary pension schemes:
  • Teachers Pension Scheme (TP) for all teaching staff; and
  • Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for business support staff.

Annual Leave

(Pro-rata for part time employees)
  • In addition to the eight statutory holidays each year
  • Lecturers receive 37 days' annual leave;
  • Curriculum Managers receive 37 days' annual leave; and
  • Managers and business support staff receive 25 days' annual leave, rising to 30 days per annum.
