Whether you live locally to the Dartford or Gravesend campus, or further afield into areas such as Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Erith, Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, or further still; we can help you get here.

Travel discounts and offers

  • Catch a FREE Shuttle Bus from Dartford Station and Leyton Cross to the Dartford campus and back.
  • All students can get discounted travel when purchasing the Arriva Thameside or South East 4 weekly Student Saver tickets and for 16-21 year olds only, discount on an annual ticket with the college's promotional code
  • Travel to college from as little as £20 a year with the Student Oyster Card for use on London Transport buses.
  • Dartford Railway Station is now within the Oyster cheme in Zone 8.
  • Pay as you go Travel with contactless and Oyster now extends to Swanley

Kent 16+ Travel Card

North Kent College participates in the Kent 16+ Travel Card scheme, which is available to students aged 19 or under as at 31 August 2017, who live in Kent. Please click on the links below to find out how you can get your travel card and to make your payment:
Kent 16+ Travel Card £400 (full academic year)

Kent 16+ Travel Card £340 (from Term 2 onwards - 31st October 2016)
