- Careers & Employability Staff - Delivering professional and impartial careers information, advice, and guidance to support learners with employability.
- Enrichment & Engagement Officers - Developing varied enrichment opportunities across the College, enhancing the wider learner experience.
- Learning Technologies Staff - Promoting the use of digital tools, platforms, and resources to the College community, aiding teaching and learning.
- Learning Support Practitioners - Providing classroom-based support for learners with additional needs, facilitating an inclusive teaching environment.
- Technicians - Working within curriculum to deliver technical support for learner courses, including preparing materials for practical sessions.
- Residential Support Officers - Providing support for learners who live on-site whilst studying at our Hadlow campus, ensuring their holistic wellbeing.
- Welfare & Safeguarding Staff - Supporting vulnerable learners to ensure that they are safe in our care and when at home, enabling them to succeed.
