This highly practical 5-day course comprises the five STCW Basic Safety Training courses required for working at sea:
STCW Personal Survival Techniques
STCW Elementary First Aid
STCW Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting
STCW Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities
STCW Proficiency in Security Awareness
The course complies with Merchant Navy Training Board guidelines. The National Maritime Training Centre is an approved training centre and issues the STCW certificates upon successful completion.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Joining instructions will be sent containing all information required. For customers booking this course outside of normal office hours on the weekend immediately prior to the course date, the first day of the course takes place at our Gravesend Campus, Lower Higham Road, DA12 2JJ (for SATNAV purposes, the postcode DA12 2LY brings you closer to the College entrance), and commences at 08:30hrs. Please bring swimwear and a towel.
