COURSE CERTIFICATION

The course complies with Merchant Navy Training Board guidelines.  The National Maritime Training Centre is an approved training centre and issues the STCW certificate upon successful completion.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

One of the four basic training courses required under STCW as amended, for persons who would like a career on board ship.  The course covers basic safety and legislative requirements to be understood by any person embarking on a career at sea.
