A half day course for any employees in any sectors of employment, this course is presented in a classroom environment, with the theoretical components covered using a PowerPoint presentation. The theory components are to illustrate technical points such as:  

Correct manual handling techniques; and  
The anatomy and its vulnerability to injury or progressive damage. 
The theory is interspersed with practical exercises that will allow both for reinforcement of learning and continuous (practical) assessment.
