Esports is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. Our interactive and exhilarating Esports course provide an exciting opportunity to discover all the skills needed to begin your career in this sector.
Throughout the course interpersonal skills such as communication and organisation will be developed along with skills for single player and multi-player team events, create business plans to build teams, create online communities and discover how to promote events through digital marketing.
The course will provide the opportunity to explore the culture of Esports, its audience and fan base as well as a variety of the most popular current game genres.
The BTEC Extended Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Esports is an industry recognised, vocational qualification in Esports. It covers a wide range of knowledge and skills required to work in and around the Esports industry, including: producing a brand, video production, games design, launching an enterprise and strategies, skills and analysis of eSports games.
The course will provide you with the technical skill and theoretical knowledge to further your career to higher education, apprenticeship or jobs.

Entry Requirements
Our learners are required to have five GCSEs at Grades 9-4, including English and Maths. Or a Level 2 in a relevant subject at Pass plus GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 or above.

What progression options will I have?
Our learners tend to progress onto higher education studying various BA (Hons) degrees in Esports or into work within the Esports industry.

How will I be assessed?
