Our Public Services courses provide you with the skills, experience and knowledge that will enable you to develop a career in the fire service, police, prison service, border force or armed forces, including support roles within these services.
Within our uniformed services courses, we look to develop both your knowledge and skills to enable you to be successful in your future career. All courses offer a mixture of both theory and practical lessons, with a wide range of assessment methods used.
Our courses also include day trips, careers talks and visits from uniformed services personnel. There are also opportunities to support your local community and the college community through volunteering projects and events.
The Public Service provision offers a range of full-time courses to suit students at all ability levels. Our courses include NCFE Level 1, 2 and 3 Diplomas for entry to the uniformed services, with progression opportunities in a range of employment sectors and higher education.
