What progression options will I have?
The aim of the programme is to provide students with the opportunity to combine academic knowledge, with practical skills. The 2-year programme provides time for students to develop a clearer understanding of the area they wish to work in; the overriding ambition of this course is that students will have greater variety to choose from on completion and that they can see employment and apprenticeship placements as a realistic opportunity.

What costs are involved?

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in a variety of ways; some will be through traditional written or practical assignments as well as Observations. Practical sport sessions (indoor and outdoor) Group projects and presentations, Coaching practice, Fitness testing and training and Work experience or community sport involvement.
You will also be provided with significant opportunities to develop your employability skills and ability to work within the sporting industry. These can be assessed and used as evidence towards the completion of academic units.
