Replacement Certificates

The issuing of replacement certificates originally issued by the National Maritime Training Centre, is by request in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - please give your name, date of birth, and details of the certificate to be replaced, the reason for the replacement (ie lost, stolen, damaged etc) and the address to which the replacement is to be sent.  This facility is for the online payment for replacement certificates only, after receiving notification that a replacement has been authorised.  PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.

The cost of replacement maritime certificates is £30.00 per certificate, and the cost of a replacement CCNSG Safety Passport is £35.00.
