Frankie Clarke - Runner Up, LSE Colour & Cut Styling Level 2
Frankie Clarke - LSE Student of the Year 2026
Mariana Inman - LSE Trainer of the Year 2026

Frankie Clarke said, “I’m shocked but absolutely thrilled to have won such a prestigious award.”

Mariana Inman said, “I’m absolutely delighted to have been awarded Lee Stafford Trainer of the Year 2026. I was genuinely shocked and incredibly honoured to receive this title; it means so much to be recognised for something I am so passionate about.

“I truly believe in the Lee Stafford programme, especially within FE, as it sets a very high standard of hairdressing skills. The way the techniques are delivered through clear, structured “recipes” really supports students in building confidence, precision, and consistency. It’s amazing to see learners progress and reach such a professional level.

"This award reflects not just my work, but the success and dedication of my students, and I’m so proud to be part of their journey.”
