Hospitality and Catering students from both our Gravesend and Tonbridge Campuses were given a fantastic opportunity to showcase their skills at a prestigious culinary event, when they attended The Chefs’ Forum Culinary Showcase hosted at the historic Leeds Castle in partnership with Graysons.
The event, held on Monday 22 September, brought together leading chefs, hospitality professionals, and industry partners. Our Level 2 Hospitality and Catering students, who worked alongside senior chefs from Graysons to deliver a spectacular four-course lunch to industry guests.
The students gained valuable banqueting and service experience, preparing, plating and serving dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs. They also had the chance to explore the venue, giving them a unique insight into the world of high-end catering and events.
