We are incredibly proud to share the outstanding achievements of our student, Sophie Paice, who once again shown incredible dedication, focus, and skill at the European Championships held recently in Riga, Lativa.
Fitness Coaching, Level 2 student Sophie, fought through a series of challenging rounds, displaying remarkable determination and composure on her journey to the final - where she successfully retained her title as Kumite European Champion!
Her success didn’t stop there. Competing alongside her teammates, Sophie also helped the team secure the title of European Team Champions, as well as earning a silver medal in the Team Rotation event.

Altogether, Sophie returns home with two gold medals, one silver medal – and a black eye! A light-hearted reminder of just how tough it is to compete at such a high level.
